All apartments are non-smoking. People can smoke on designated smoking areas. People caught smoking inside the apartments will get a fine of 20.000 ISK

Booking & Payments
To secure the booking you need to finish the online booking process resulting in receiving an booking confirmation via email.
At time of booking you will be charged 50% of the total amount of the booking. The rest is charged the day before arrival before we send all information in regards to check-in and the apartments.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, Union Pay & American Express.
All credit card transaction processes have been verified by Borgun ( http://www.borgun.com ) and are safeguarded at all times. Resulting in that communications between your browser and our website servers are secure and private
Prices that are quoted in EUR, but charges may be charged in the local currency of Iceland (ISK), according to the exchange rate of (www.isb.is) of the day the charge is made.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy varies between booking sites.

All cancellations need to be made in writing and sent to [email protected].
Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival: no refund
Cancellation 31 days or more before arrival: 100% refund

Óðinn Reykjavík disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or scheduled changes caused by weather or road conditions, force majeur such as natural catastrophes, strikes or any other irregularities beyond our control. Óðinn Reykjavík reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without prior notice, should that needed to be done.
We advise all clients to have insurance, as clients are on their own responsibility on optional tours.

In event of Óðinn Reykjavík canceling your reservation or tour, then you will receive a full refund. That can be due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control or minimum numbers are not reached.
Cancellation with less than 7 day notice: no refund
Cancellation with more than 8 days notice: Full refund
Other cancellation policies may apply if you have reserved the tour or booked the apartment through a third party.
